Mission Statement

The mission of our Fire Department is to protect lives and property through firefighting activities, community outreach fire prevention programs, and medical emergency assistance.

About Us

The Kearny Volunteer Fire Department has over 20 active members and drills every Wednesday evening at the Fire Station.  Interested residents should contact the Fire Chief about membership and available training programs.  The KVFD is a great way for residents to give back to their community and serve their neighbors.

The KVFD is an all hazard agency and responds to traffic accidents, fires (including wildland), and medical calls.
