Planning & Zoning Commission

The Planning & Zoning Commission is an advisory committee, which reports directly to the Town Manager and the Town Council. Planning & Zoning deals primarily with local requests for variances, conditional use permits, and other planning issues.

The Planning & Zoning Commission typically meets the third Monday of each month, provided business must be conducted.

Letters of Interest

Residents who are interested in serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission should submit a Letter of Interest detailing their personal and professional experiences that would benefit the Town of Kearny. Letters of interest should also include personal motivations and a vision for future development in Kearny. To submit, please hand deliver a signed Letter of Interest to Kearny Town Hall.
