In accordance with the Arizona Public Records Law A.R.S. § 39-121, the Town of Kearny makes public records available upon request to residents and members of the media. 

To request records please submit a request through the appropriate online portal below.

We are committed to working diligently on fulfilling your records request as timely as possible. However, various factors may affect processing time, including the size and complexity of the request, and the nature of records being sought. Please be specific when describing your request. Keep in mind that the records provided to you will be based off the information and keywords that you provide in your request.

Please indicate what type of record(s) you are requesting. Examples include: Incident/Accident report, Body Worn Camera (Presumptive redaction includes at minimum, a medium blur) , or if other please specify.


Complete the following fields to help process your request as quickly as possibly:

  • Case or Event #
  • Date and Location of Incident

If you do not have the Case or Event # please provide as much supplemental information as possible.
